Macaroni Salad

This is great for those warm days, picnics or a bbq. Since it has hard-boiled eggs in it, it is also a great way to use up those extra Easter eggs.
1 lb elbow or pasta salad macaroni
1 cup mayo
6 Tbsp milk
4 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup celery chopped
2/3 cup chopped red onion
Cook pasta in heavily salted water and drain. In large bowl, stir mayo, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta, stir. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and Chill.
